We made the right choice - the best choice - when we chose Bev to be our agent. We looked around for quite some time and decided to go with Bev after we met her at one of her open houses. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and detail oriented. In using her services, we found her to be compassionate, patient, and extremely hard working. Beverly took the time to listen to our needs and wants wish list. She did not try to push us out of the price range we set ourselves. We were from out of province so when we flew in to look at properties it was the first time we actually met. Bev was very well prepared... I was very impressed with how much effort she put in to ensure our very tight schedule flowed smoothly and this greatly enabled out house hunting trip to be successful… in one day we saw 10 houses, put an offer in and had a guaranteed price by noon the following day. Bev then arranged for us to have a home inspection done before we flew home. Very professional lady!
